Use the Weight Lifting Hooks when grip strength starts limiting heavy pulling exercises such as deadlifts, rack pulls and rows. The steel hooks provide an alternative to traditional lifting straps by taking part of the gripping demand away from your hands. Each hook has a stated maximum load capacity of 150 kg and is attached to a foam-padded wrist wrap. An adjustable Velcro closure lets you securely position the wrap around your wrist.
