The Lifting Grips combine a rubber gripping section with a padded wrist wrap, giving you elements of both lifting straps and wrist wraps in one accessory. Foam padding cushions the wrist area, while the Velcro closure lets you adjust how tightly the wrap sits during demanding sets.
